AT&T completed a $6.5 billion SEC-registered notes offering, consisting of $1.5 billion of 4.4% Global Notes due 2031, $1.25 billion of 4.75% Global Notes due 2033, $1.25 billion of 5.125% Global Notes due 2036, $850 million of 5.85% Global Notes due 2046 and $1.65 billion of 6% Global Notes due 2056.
S&C, which regularly advises AT&T and acts as designated underwriters’ counsel in offerings by the company, represented the underwriters for the offering, including BofA Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, Morgan Stanley & Co., MUFG Securities Americas, TD Securities (USA) and Wells Fargo Securities.
AT&T is a worldwide leader in telecommunications services with a market capitalization of more than $192 billion.
S&C is also advising AT&T on its $23 billion acquisition of spectrum licenses from EchoStar.
