On closing of the transaction, the companies will join Audiotonix’s portfolio of audio technology and solutions brands that includes Allen & Heath, Calrec, DiGiCo, DiGiGrid, Fourier Audio, Group One Limited, Harrison, JH Audio, KLANG:technologies, Slate Digital, Solid State Logic, sonible and Sound Devices.
