Leonardo DRS, a defense technology company, has agreed to acquire Raft, a provider of open-standard mission software, in an all-cash transaction valued at $450 million.
The acquisition will enhance Leonardo DRS’s ability to deliver integrated, mission-focused technologies that enable customers to operate with greater speed, clarity and confidence in complex operational environments, including by managing large volumes of data from distributed sensors and systems.
