O2 Slovakia, a subsidiary of e& PPF Telecom Group, has completed the acquisition of UPC Broadband Slovakia from Liberty Global.
UPC Broadband Slovakia is a leading provider of broadband, television and fixed telephony services in Slovakia, with a network covering nearly 80 cities and reaching more than 600,000 households.
The S&C team advising O2 Slovakia and e& PPF Telecom Group included John Horsfield-Bradbury, Umberto Hassan, Juan Rodriguez, John Friess, Marielena Doeding and Lea Detambel.
