OBOOK Holdings (OwlTing), a blockchain technology company, completed its direct listing on the Nasdaq Global Market—making it the first Asia-based fintech company to achieve a direct listing in the United States.
Founded and headquartered in Taiwan, OwlTing operates a diversified ecosystem across payments, hospitality and e-commerce. Its OwlPay platform provides a Web2 and Web3 hybrid payment solution to empower global businesses.
