Mineral Resources Limited (MinRes), completed a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $700 million of 7.000% senior unsecured notes due 2031. The proceeds from the notes were used to refinance MinRes’ existing $700 million 8.125% senior unsecured notes due in May 2027.
MinRes is a diversified resources company based in Australia with operations in mining services, iron ore, lithium and energy.
