BHP Billiton Finance, a subsidiary of BHP Group, completed an SEC-registered debt offering of $3 billion of fixed-rate notes, consisting of $1 billion of 5% senior notes due 2030, $750 million of 5.125% senior notes due 2032 and $1.25 billion of 5.3% senior notes due 2035. The notes are guaranteed by BHP Group.
