Wistron Corporation, a global leading technology and AI service provider listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange, completed its $914.25 million offering of global depositary shares (GDSs). The GDSs are listed and traded on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Being a leader in PC ODM and cloud computing and storage markets, in recent years, Wistron has tapped into a new growth curve by being a core supplier of AI server component and rack solution for key industry players.
S&C acted as U.S. counsel to the initial purchasers of the GDSs offering and was responsible for drafting of the offering and transaction documents.
