Farm Credit Bank of Texas, a member of the Farm Credit System, completed a $350 million offering of Fixed-Rate Reset Class B Series 6 Perpetual Non-Cumulative Subordinated Preferred Stock. S&C represented the initial purchasers, J.P. Morgan Securities and Morgan Stanley & Co.
