Honda completed a $3 billion SEC-registered notes offering, consisting of $700 million 4.436% senior notes due 2028, $1.3 billion 4.688% senior notes due 2030 and $1 billion 5.337% senior notes due 2035. The offering marks Honda’s second SEC-registered notes offering.
