Evercore, the global independent investment banking advisory firm, has entered into an agreement to acquire Robey Warshaw, a UK-based independent advisory firm.
The acquisition represents a significant strategic step for Evercore as it aims to accelerate its growth strategy, expand global client reach, and create value for shareholders. The combined group will have more than 400 bankers across nine countries in the EMEA region.
The transaction is expected to close at the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2025.
