Symbotic, a leader in AI-enabled robotics technology for the supply chain, completed an SEC registered offering of $425 million of common stock, which included the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares.
S&C previously advised Symbotic in multiple transactions, including its acquisition of Walmart’s Advanced Systems and Robotics business this year, its AI-focused warehouse joint venture with SoftBank in 2023 and its 2022 combination with SVF Investment Corp, an affiliate of SoftBank.
