SoftBank Group agreed to acquire DigitalBridge, a leading global alternative asset manager that invests in digital infrastructure, including data centers, cell towers, fiber networks and edge infrastructure, for a total enterprise value of approximately $4 billion. The transaction aims to strengthen SoftBank’s ability to build, scale and finance the foundational infrastructure needed for next-generation AI services and applications.
