Eventbrite agreed to be acquired by Bending Spoons in a $500 million all-cash transaction. Upon completion of the acquisition, Eventbrite will become a privately held company.
Co-founded by CEO Julia Hartz, Eventbrite is a global events marketplace that serves event creators and event-goers in nearly 180 countries.
S&C is advising Julia Hartz as part of the transaction.
