City Brewing Company, one of the largest independent co-manufacturers of beer, flavored malt, ready-to-drink and non-alcoholic beverages in the United States, completed a comprehensive out-of-court restructuring transaction on a fully consensual basis. The restructuring significantly reduces the company’s debt and enhances liquidity through new capital investment, and positions City Brewing for sustainable growth and long-term operational stability.
As part of the restructuring transaction, ownership of City Brewing transferred to a group of the company’s existing lenders and a new board of directors was appointed with significant expertise across the beverage and co-manufacturing industries.
