Woodside Finance, a wholly owned subsidiary of Australian petroleum exploration and production company Woodside Energy Group, completed its debut SEC-registered debt offerings of $2 billion of fixed-rate notes, guaranteed by Woodside, comprising of $1.25 billion of 5.100% Senior Notes due 2034 and $750 million of 5.700% Senior Notes due 2054.
Woodside is the largest Australian liquefied natural gas producer by volume and provides approximately 20 percent of the domestic Australian gas supply. Woodside’s Australian portfolio consists of operated and non-operated oil and gas projects and its international portfolio includes assets in the Gulf of Mexico, the Caribbean and Senegal.
