TelevisaUnivision’s subsidiary, Univision Communications (Univision), closed an offering of $755 million of 8.5% senior secured notes due 2031.
The notes are a reopening of an existing series of notes of which Univision issued $500 million in principal amount in June 2024, which S&C also advised on. Univision used the net proceeds, together with cash on hand, to prepay all of the remaining outstanding principal amount of its 2026 Term Loans.

This transaction marks the third debt offering for Univision that S&C has advised on in 2024.
