Electricité de France (EDF) completed a multi-tranche offering of senior fixed rate notes totaling $2.05 billion.
The notes—which have five, 10 and 40-year maturities—were listed on the multilateral trading facility of the Euro MTF, operated by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
EDF is an integrated energy operator engaged in all aspects of the energy business: power generation, distribution, trading, energy sales and energy services. EDF is a world leader in low-carbon energy, with a diverse generation mix based mainly on nuclear and renewable energy (including hydropower). It is also investing in new technologies to support the energy transition.
