S&C is representing Joe Tsai, Clara Wu Tsai and their family in connection with the sale of a minority stake in BSE Global, the parent company of the Brooklyn Nets, New York Liberty and the Barclays Center, to investors Julia Koch and her children.
S&C previously represented the Tsai family in their 2018 purchase of a 49 percent interest in the Brooklyn Nets and renegotiation of the Brooklyn Nets’ arena license at the Barclays Center, 2019 acquisition of the New York Liberty and 2019 purchase of the remaining interests in the Brooklyn Nets and acquisition of the Barclays Center.
