The acquisition includes all of PROOF’s assets and intellectual property, including the PROOF Collective, Moonbirds, Oddities, Mythics and Grails exhibition series.
Yuga Labs offers creative brand IP/NFT projects, gaming and community experiences. Since the April 2021 launch of its flagship collection, Bored Ape Yacht Club, Yuga Labs became one of the first companies to release IP licenses to their NFT holders, acquired and released rights to other top collections and made web3 history with record-breaking synchronized player participation in the interactive metaverse project known as Otherside.
