Associated Banc-Corp completed a $345 million SEC-registered offering of 13.8 million shares of the company’s common stock at a public offering price of $25 per share.
Associated Banc-Corp has total assets of $42 billion and is the largest bank holding company headquartered in Wisconsin.
S&C represented BofA Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities as the joint bookrunning managers for the offering.
