Building materials company CRH plc, one of the largest Irish companies globally, announced on March 2 that it plans to recommend pursuing a primary listing in the United States. The company, which has a market capitalization of $34.6 billion, sells materials used for road and critical utility infrastructure, commercial building projects and outdoor living projects.
The London-based S&C team advising CRH includes John Horsfield-Bradbury, Abigail Yevnin and Sarah Mishkin.
