ConsenSys Software completed a $450 million Series D financing round which increased the company’s valuation to over $7 billion, up from $3.2 billion at the time of its Series C round in November. The round was led by ParaFi Capital and included, among others, SoftBank, Third Point, Marshall Wacem True Capital Management, Temasek, Microsoft, Anthos Capital, United Technology Agency, Sound Ventures and C Ventures.
ConsenSys is a leading software company for Ethereum, the largest programmable blockchain in the world. In addition to representing the company in its Series C and D fundraises, S&C advised on the formation of ConsenSys Software in August 2020.
