Broncus Holding Corporation completed its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and its US$215 million global offering (which could rise to US$247 million if the over-allotment option is exercised in full).
Broncus is a medical device company focused on the development of interventional pulmonology products. It has developed the world’s first and only real-time image whole lung access augmented reality navigation system.
S&C acted for the underwriters, including Goldman Sachs, Haitong International, Credit Suisse, CMBI, Huatai, CISI and CNCB on both Hong Kong and U.S. law matters.
