Isaria Wohnbau, a leading German developer of residential real estate, agreed to sell nearly all of its assets and operations to Deutsche Wohnen Group for more than €200 million (plus assumption of certain debt). S&C is representing Lone Star Funds, which is the majority shareholder of Isaria. S&C previously represented Lone Star when it acquired its majority stake in Isaria in 2016.
The Frankfurt-based team advising Lone Star includes Carsten Berrar, Konstantin Technau, Felix Ganzer and Frederic Wuensche. Brussels-based Michael Rosenthal and Elisa Hauch advised on antitrust matters.
