IntelliCentrics Global Holdings Ltd., a healthcare security and compliance data verification company, completed its initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 27. The IPO raised gross proceeds of HK$432.8 million ($55.4 million). The offering consisted of a Regulation S offering outside the United States and a public offering in Hong Kong. IntelliCentrics Global Holdings Ltd. operates the largest credentialing platform for compliance and security purposes in the healthcare industry in the United States.
