S&C client Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation amended and restated its existing $2.2 billion credit agreement. The amendment and restatement revised the company’s existing credit agreement to provide additional flexibility to conduct acquisitions and dispositions, decrease the applicable interest rates and commitment fees, extend the maturity of its credit facilities and allocate a greater portion of its facility to its revolving credit facility. Bank of America, N.A. acted as administrative agent, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. acted as co-syndication agents.
