Safra Group, as part of a group of investors that also includes Cornell Capital LLC, Atlas Merchant Capital LLC and TRB Advisors LP, in connection with their acquisition of Talcott Resolution from The Hartford, which is The Hartford’s run-off life and annuity businesses, for a total of $2.05 billion.
