S&C represents C.banner International Holdings Limited in its Share Purchase Agreement with Cenbest Company Limited and Subscription Agreement with House of Fraser Group Limited, pursuant to which C.banner will acquire a 51% equity interest in House of Fraser. The S&C team on the transaction was led by Kay Ian Ng and Ben Perry, along with Alan Zhang, Victor Siek and Dickson Wong.
