S&C represents Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation in its joint venture formation agreement with ArcelorMittal in relation to its offer to acquire Essar Steel India Limited. The S&C team on the transaction was led by Robert DeLaMater along with Claudia Lai, Philip Mercadante and Yu Tanebe.
