(AIG) completed concurrent registered public offerings of (i) $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.200% notes due 2028, (ii) $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.750% notes due 2048 and (iii) $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.750% fixed-to-floating rate Series A-9 junior subordinated debentures due 2048.
