S&C represents Spirit AeroSystems in its divestiture from Taikoo Spirit AeroSystems (Jinjiang) Composite Co., Ltd., a joint venture between majority shareholders Spirit AeroSystems Global Customer Support & Services and The Haeco Group. The S&C team on the transaction was led by Michael DeSombre and Ching-Yang Lin, along with Sarah Luo and Derek Bhavsar.
