S&C represents Nanjing Suning.Com Supermarket Ltd., part of Suning.Com Co., in its agreement with DIA (Spain) to purchase 100% of the shares of Shanghai Dia Retail Co., Ltd. and DIA Management Consulting Services Co. Ltd. The S&C team on the transaction was led by Kay Ian Ng, along with Alan Hongye Zhang.
