Unified Grocers, Inc. completed its previously announced merger with SUPERVALU INC. under which SUPERVALU acquired Unified Grocers in a transaction valued at approximately $390 million.
The S&C team on the transaction was led by Alison Ressler, along with Matthew Barnett, Anel Loubser and Emily Yi.
