Charles Gray, a partner in S&C’s Financial Services Group, will speak on the panel “Bank M&A: The Future Ain’t What It Used to Be” at the University of North Carolina School of Law’s Center for Banking and Finance’s Banking Institute, held from March 27–28. The panel will discuss existing and expected merger policy under the new administration and share tips based on past M&A activity.
