Karen Seymour, a partner in S&C’s Litigation Group, member of the Firm’s Management Committee and a former Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Goldman Sachs, will moderate the “SEC Update” breakout session, which will forecast what the SEC’s rules, regulations and enforcement actions may look like in 2025.
