Nic Bourtin, the Managing Partner of Sullivan & Cromwell’s Criminal Defense and Investigations Group, and Alex Willscher, Deputy Managing Partner of the Group, joined the 2023 Forum on Financial Institutions Enforcement, hosted by Cambridge Forums in Connecticut from May 4 to 5. During the sessions, lawyers at banks who deal with enforcement matters and major law firms who advise them shared the most pressing issues they face on behalf of their clients.
