On June 13, S&C hosted the program, “Market Evolution and the Effects of Regulation in the Asset Management Industry,” featuring Dalia Blass, a partner in S&C’s Investment Management Group and the former Director of the SEC’s Division of Investment Management; Jay Clayton, Senior Policy Advisor and Of Counsel at S&C and former Chairman of the SEC; and Jeff Wall, former Acting Solicitor General and Head of the Firm’s Supreme Court and Appellate Practice. The program focused on the changing investment management landscape and the effects of regulation.
The discussion was moderated by Gary Cohn, an internationally recognized expert on the financial markets, global economy, economic policy and U.S. politics.
