John Horsfield-Bradbury is a London-based partner who represents major European companies on a variety of securities and M&A matters. He will speak on a panel discussing how sandbagging and anti-sandbagging clauses can be applied and enforced in M&A deals across different jurisdictions in the U.S., Europe and Latin America. The panel will emphasize the existing differences in jurisdictions and discuss the most recent court and arbitration decisions.
