    Michael OrchowskiOn November 1, Michael Orchowski, European Counsel in S&C’s London office, will speak on the panel, “Pillar II; OECD, EU, state aid?” The panel will discuss the current status of the Two-Pillar Solution and the challenges faced by countries in implementing it.

    Inosi M. NyattaOn November 3, Inosi Nyatta, co-head of the Firm’s Global Project Development & Finance practice and North American Regional Forum Liaison Officer for the IBA’s Women Lawyers’ Committee, will lead the panel discussion, “Obligations of boards and executive committees with respect to SHE-cession.” The panel will discuss cross-jurisdictional requirements for including greater representation of women on boards of directors and practical implementation of these requirements.
