On November 1, Werner Ahlers, co-head of the Firm’s Latin America practice, will participate in a roundtable discussion on “Pushing the sustainability agenda through the legal profession,” which will consider law firms’ and law schools’ efforts around ESG and sustainability.

On November 3, Inosi Nyatta, co-head of the Firm’s Global Project Development & Finance practice and North American Regional Forum Liaison Officer for the IBA’s Women Lawyers’ Committee, will lead the panel discussion, “Obligations of boards and executive committees with respect to SHE-cession.” The panel will discuss cross-jurisdictional requirements for including greater representation of women on boards of directors and practical implementation of these requirements.
