Nicky Friedlander spoke at the American Bar Association’s 36th Annual White Collar Crime National Institute, held in Miami from October 27–29. The event featured seminars and discussions on the most pressing topics in white collar criminal defense and enforcement. Federal and state judges and prosecutors, Biden Administration officials, white-collar practitioners, corporate in-house counsel, and members of the academic community participated in the event.
Nicky spoke on the panel “Privacy and Information Security,” which examined current threats and the regulatory and enforcement landscape in cybersecurity.
