Joe Neuhaus will join a discussion at New York Arbitration Week, co-hosted by the New York International Arbitration Center and New York Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. This event, which will take place from November 15–19, highlights New York’s role as a leading global seat for international arbitration and a center for thought leadership, with panels and networking events focused on a variety of topics related to arbitration. Joe will join a multi-panel feature, “Getting It Right In International Arbitration,” on November 17. Joe’s portion of the discussion will focus on ways to improve the quality of what arbitrators, counsel, and institutions deliver to users of the arbitration process. The panelists will suggest and debate specific steps that might be taken to improve the quality of the ultimate arbitral product—the fair resolution of the dispute in accordance with the applicable law.
