S&C hosted its 16th Annual Commodities and Derivatives Trading Seminar on April 8, examining issues of interest in the trading of physical commodities and derivative instruments. The event covered a variety of topics including regulatory issues, enforcement and civil litigation updates, and ethics and compliance. David Gilberg, Ryne Miller, Katy McArthur, Jamie McDonald, Stephen Ehrenberg, Aisling O’Shea and William Schroeder were featured speakers at the virtual conference, which was attended by approximately 200 professionals from the energy and financial services industries. CFTC Commissioner Dan Berkovitz joined David and Ryne for the panel on regulatory issues.
