On March 6, Theodore Rogers, Tracy Richelle High and Julia Jordan spoke at the
Sixth Annual Employment Law Institute hosted by the New York City Bar Association. This year’s event examined recent trends, developments and issues in employment law. Ted spoke on the plenary session panel, “Internal Investigations and Privilege.” Tracy spoke on the panel, “Know Your Forum for Discrimination Cases: Federal Court, State Court, Arbitration, or Agencies.” Julia spoke on a panel examining “Recent Developments in Non-Competes and Other Restrictive Covenants.”

Tracy Richelle High is a partner in S&C’s Litigation Group and a co-head of the Firm’s Labor and Employment Group. Ms. High’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions and other corporations in complex civil litigation, arbitration and mediation proceedings, corporate internal investigations, and labor and employment matters. Tracy was named to the Lawyers of Color's Inaugural Nation’s Best List and recognized by New York Super Lawyers in 2019.
Julia Jordan serves as co-head of both the Firm’s
Whistleblower Litigation and Workplace Investigations Practice and its Labor and Employment Group. Her practice focuses on internal investigations, employment matters and complex commercial litigation. Julia was named a “Labor & Employment Star” by
Benchmark Litigation in 2019 and 2020
and “Litigator of the Week” by the
American Lawyer Litigation Daily in September 2019.
