The conference, held in Santiago, Chile from March 20-22, covered the Latin America M&A market, commodities, cybersecurity and data protection in M&A, distressed M&A opportunities, due diligence in the era of compliance and funding M&A deals, among other topics. Werner spoke on the Commodities in Latin America panel on Friday, March 22, addressing how Latin American economies are developing their commodities and the paramount importance of compliance issues.
