On June 20, Sullivan & Cromwell's Labor and Employment Law Group held its 14th Annual Employment Law Update for clients and friends. The half-day program featured presentations from Ted Rogers, Julie Jordan, Tracy Richelle High, Marc Treviño, Heather Coleman, Annie Ostrager and Christina Andersen. The event addressed, among other things, developments in the use of mandatory arbitration provisions, ethical issues facing employment lawyers, “#MeToo” and workplace conduct issues, and executive compensation developments.
