On February 7, S&C sponsored a Women Corporate Directors’ BoardNext – Southern California event in Los Angeles, which focused on conducting internal investigations. Rita O’Neill gave opening remarks, and Diane McGimsey and Laura Oswell led a conversation and were the featured speakers. BoardNext is an initiative of the Women Corporate Directors (WCD) Foundation designed for experienced, highly qualified, board-ready women which offers educational programming, exceptional resources and peer group support to navigate the path to their first public corporate board.
