Mr. Schwartz will co-chair the ALI ABA’s two-day Executive Compensation: Strategy, Design and Implementation program at the Waldorf-Astoria. He will speak on the panel, “Compensation Arrangements, Corporate Governance and Section 409A: The Difference Between Coasts.” Mr. Rein and Ms. Wollman will also speak at the conference on the panel, “IRS Executive Compensation Audit Initiatives and How to Preserve Attorney, Client Privilege and Work Product Protection.”
