Avi Szenberg is a member of the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group. His extensive practice in independent real estate projects, as well as those forming part of corporate mergers, stock or asset transactions, includes all aspects of the acquisition, disposition, joint venture, financing, leasing and management of commercial and industrial real estate. Mr. Szenberg also has considerable experience in the hospitality industry.
