Yvonne Quinn joined Sullivan & Cromwell in 1980 and has been a partner since 1984. She is a member of the Firm's Litigation Group and the partner in charge of coordinating the Firm's antitrust practice. She handles a variety of commercial, antitrust and intellectual property litigations, although she specializes in antitrust matters. Over the years, Ms. Quinn has represented in litigation and also advised a variety of companies on antitrust and other matters, including financial institutions, cable television operators, television programming suppliers, newspapers, book publishers, advertising sales companies and magazine publishers. Ms. Quinn regularly counsels entities in connection with acquisitions and potential acquisitions and, in doing so, has represented entities such as banks, electronic ballast producers, sports programming suppliers and newspapers. From 1995-1998, Ms. Quinn has taught the mergers and acquisitions portion of the New York session of the Practising Law Institute's Annual Antitrust Law Institute. From 1989 to 1992, Ms. Quinn was the Chair of the Antitrust and Trade Regulation Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
